The message list is an inner mail system
which is used for clients' and support service staff intercomunication.
After the account registration all the questions concerning the system work
are to be answered via "Message list".
Questions conсerning registered acсounts are not answered via e-mail and feedback form.
In the "Message list" there is a list of notices
sent to you by the technical support service (Significance levels: Sent by Administrator,
To inquire),
as well as answers to your letters to the support service.
The maximum limit of outgoing letters with questions that can be simultaneously held
in the mail box is 50.
To ask a new question use the option "New letter".
Each letter with a new question sent to the support service acquires its ticket.
After you send a new letter you will automatically receive an answer with your ticket,
the latter is seen in the corresponding table column.
Always stay within one ticket while discussing one problem and
when you answer to the messages within one ticket always answer to the last one.
The correspondance is automatically saved.
